Mad props to our friend Mike for masterminding this ad for red mango, the yummiest yogurt on earth! i mean, just look at us!! it either makes you scared or excited or... well, both!

The next photo is of sam and i taken in incheon right infront of the docks and industrial area. yet again, thanks mike for the hotness of your photo skills. making us go down in history! other photos are from xmas yay for stockings and friends!
so the photos down below are of: Moran market and the dogmeat extravaganza! it tastes like a combination between beef, lamb, and maybe chicken. i can't remember. since our friend is visiting, we will probably have it again really soon. i'll let you know.

also included are some photos from the kimchi expo in seoul. it was weird crazy fantastic.
they had a dart game that if you got a bullseye, you could win a very large stainless steel kimchi fridge. most won oven mits.

photos from a freezing excursion to namdemun market where we looked and acted like homeless ppl in the freezing cold.

also some traditional mask painting--we did this with our korean class.

and a photo of our friend joe in front of his model photo shoot.

Was it the birdflu or rancid dog meat????...

What has caused me to be absent from you blog-hungry folks? argh, not so much. mainly a preposterous amount of 'i'm too busy'ness and 'lazi'ness. for those of you that feared the worst--birdflu or dying from ingesting dog meat, i can assure you, i am alive and well and still doing both.

Life is slowly turning from 8 am-1030 pm of subway commuting korean classes teaching shitting on the go eating on the go to 1130-1030 goodness. and i can't wait until intensives are over and then i'll actually have a spot of time! as for now, myself, sam, mike, kerri, and sarah are hitting up the yoga studio. i try to go 5 days a week.

once we start our schedule in feb of the regular 3-10 gig, maybe i'll be able to go to more than one yoga class a day. there's talk of us heading into seoul to find a bikrim yoga class or an ashtanga class. it does wonders for the peace of mind as well as my posture. but i seem to have reversed most of the open chest i accomplished during the week over my two day sloppy weekend.

we headed up to incheon this weekend--about a three hour subway ride from bundang--to get some chinese food and buy a mahjongg set!! finally!! let the games begin.
THIS IS JUST IN TIME!! our friend, rachel, from the states, will be arriving on wednesday. she is sam's old roommate and my old coworker and our friend. we are so excited!! but we used to head over to fric-n-frac on monday nights for their two for one burgers and throwdown some mad mahjongg action in the midst of the forest trash reunions to watch bad sports plays in their mullets and sweat stained tanktops with 'bermuda' on the front in puffy paint. now it can happen again in korea. maybe we can find a two for one kimchi deal and call it good.

not sure what other mouth dribble i can offer. we had a fantastic seoul style christmas and new years. i have to upload this post as it keeps rejecting my request for more photos. but soon to come will be xmas photos and new years and maybe some from incheon!
